Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your CityLink Global account from within the app. This page describes the in-app path, subscription notes, and how to reach support if you need help.
In-app path
- Open the app → Account
- Go to Account & security
- Select Delete account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps
Before you delete
- After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in with that account. Account profile data will be anonymized or removed.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel the subscription in the store. Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing.
- Some order, membership audit, or similar records may be retained where required by law or compliance obligations.
- If you signed in only with Apple or Google and have not bound an email address, the app may ask you to bind an email first or contact support.
Feature availability
In-app account deletion is controlled by server-side enablement. During review or rollout, the feature may not yet be visible in your build. If the app shows that deletion is not yet available, contact support@citylink.club and we can help or process your request manually.
Email request (fallback)
If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@citylink.club with your account identifier and deletion request. Do not include passwords or full tokens in the message.
