1. Service Overview
CityLink Global provides user-initiated VPN service, along with account features, membership management, device binding, diagnostics, and support workflows. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information;
- Keep your account credentials secure;
- Use the service only where permitted by applicable laws and regulations;
- Ensure all activity under your account complies with these Terms.
You may not sell or rent accounts, or use accounts for abuse, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity. Account sharing, resale, or subletting of membership benefits that undermines fair use or harms the operator or other users is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for:
- Any activity that violates applicable law;
- Network attacks, scanning, intrusion, malware distribution, phishing, fraud, or other actions that harm network security;
- Spam, automated abuse, fake registration, or platform abuse;
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized content distribution;
- Harassment, threats, impersonation, or other harmful conduct;
- Circumventing third-party terms, rate limits, anti-fraud, or security mechanisms;
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the VPN service without permission;
- Using crawlers, bots, or similar tools to excessively, maliciously, or destructively scrape, crawl, or batch-request this website, APIs, or resources to disrupt service stability, steal data, engage in unfair competition, or for other unlawful purposes.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts suspected of violating these rules.
4. VPN Service Availability
VPN service depends on nodes, carriers, device settings, regional network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee continuous uptime; fixed speed, latency, or routing; ongoing access to every website, app, region, or third-party service; or that any node will always be available. During beta or operations, nodes may be added, removed, rate-limited, or maintained without individual advance notice.
5. Membership and Access Rules
Membership features may include plan type and duration, device binding limits, node access rules, and manual grants or extensions during beta. During beta, membership may be granted manually by administrators, and automated paid features may not yet be available.
6. Payment, Refunds, and Manual Grants
The service is primarily in beta: membership benefits may be granted or adjusted manually by administrators under beta rules, and related reasons and durations may be recorded for support and audit.
If in-app digital subscriptions or other paid features are enabled in the future, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be published on this page or in the app before they take effect, and will follow applicable platform rules such as Google Play. Refund requests will be reviewed under the then-current refund policy and platform rules.
7. Device Binding
The service may tie membership access to a limited number of devices. You may request device removal or reset through support or in-app device management if available. We may apply restrictions if there is abuse, unusually frequent rebinding, or account sharing.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when:
- An account violates acceptable use rules;
- An account is involved in fraud, attacks, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- After paid features are enabled, payment or membership status is invalid;
- Required by law or platform policy;
- The service is discontinued or unavailable in a specific region.
Where feasible, you may contact support to appeal or explain your situation.
9. Diagnostics and Support
You may submit diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot connection issues. Diagnostic logs should be redacted and must not include passwords, private keys, tokens, Authorization headers, or communication payloads.

11. Disclaimer
During beta and ongoing operations, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Network performance, routing, and access may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for network outages or carrier issues; third-party blocking or restrictions; user misuse or unlawful activity; or losses caused by account sharing or credential leakage.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, payment model, compliance requirements, or platform policies change. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
